Well guess what????? We Finally got callings in our new ward. Brett & I are the NEW & the COOLEST VALIANT 8 & VALIANT 9 PRIMARY TEACHERS of the COUNTRY OAKS LAYTON WARD. I was so relieved when the Bishops counselor asked us to be in the PRIMARY because i literally was having a fear that they would call me to be a teacher in Relief Society or something... and that would be a NO GO! lol But I'm really excited to take on this calling and have fun with the kiddos. It's Going to be really fun to TEAM TEACH with my hubby! WHAT BETTER CALLING COULD THE LORD ASK OF US :) I LOVE IT

ReplyDeleteCute! Teaching primary together is SO fun!! I can't wait til you get a calling in Young Women's. That is coming soon, I promise :) Enjoy a calling together while you can! (Eric and I lasted only 3 months teaching primary together before they stole him away from me!!)
ReplyDeleteThat was our first calling I think, even the same age. We had a blast! To this day, James said it was his favorite. They are old enough to understand stuff so you don't have to dumb it down, but young enough to still be interested and excited. Good luck!
